Refund policy

Returns
We really hope that you love our tees as much as we do, but sometimes that's not what happens, therefore we are happy to refund you, we want you to be happy after all. Please email hello@keepertees.co.uk with any queries. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returns will not be accepted if they have makeup on so please try on carefully. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the printer.

We are happy to offer an exchange for your tee if you have ordered the wrong size, though please check the sizing pages carefully to avoid this wherever possible. If you need to exchange your item, send us an email at returns@keepertees.co.uk. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the printer.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds / Exchanges
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund/exchange will be processed, and either a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, or a new order will be raised for your replacement.

Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Cancellations

Unfortunately your order cannot be cancelled once placed due to the blank garments being ordered immediately and each garment being printed especially for you.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it is faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You may also consider using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for missing returns.
